Refund Policy
Our return policy goes as follows. For all returns you have a total of 14 days. Within the 14 days, you have 7 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. Except for SWIMWEAR or INTIMATE APPAREL. Those items are all final sale.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the original receipt and proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@marouzewithmeapparel.com. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for returning the item(s). We also require a picture of the merchandise prior to returning it. Items that are returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Lost or Missing Shipping Address
MaRouze With Me Apparel is not responsible for inaccurate or missing shipping addresses. Due to shipping carrier policy, we are often unable to change/update your address once it leaves our facility. MaRouze With Me Apparel will not replace or refund items sent to inaccurate or incomplete mailing addresses. Please make sure your address and name is correct.
Lost/Missing Delivery
If a delivery has been confirm for you package via the shipping carrier, we cannot send out replacement/additional package once the delivery has been confirmed by that same carrier. Please check for missing packages with the carrier first and file a claim prior to contacting us. Be sure to note your claim number upon contacting us. If your domestic, USA delivery has not arrived and tracking has not been updated for 15 days or more (not delivered within 15 days) please contact us at info@marouzewithmeapparel.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Make sure to include a picture as proof in your contact email.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for swimwear and intimate apparel. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. There are no exchanges/returns on swimwear and intimate apparel.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to the original payment method.
