Our return policy goes as follows. For all returns you have a total of 14 days. Within the 14 days, you have 7 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. Except for SWIMWEAR or INTIMATE APPAREL. Those items are all final sale.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the original receipt and proof of purchase.

Ans: We can only change orders that have not been processed yet. Once order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered" then we cannot accept edits to your order.
If customer received only part of the whole order, what should be done?
Ans: You will receive an email prior to getting your order if you're entire order isn't available for shipment.
If an order is shipped, separately will there be double shipping charge?
Ans: There will not be a second charge for shipping.
